Many Catholic Christian women carry heavy hearts while striving to live faithfully. You may notice:
- Being pulled in multiple directions, unable to fully rest or focus
- Mental and emotional exhaustion from daily responsibilities
- A deep longing to integrate your faith, emotions, and body in a meaningful way
- Hesitation to step into prayer or healing spaces without safety and guidance
You are not failing. You are not alone.
This retreat was created to gently restore integration — mind, body, and soul — in Christ. Over a weekend of guided formation, reflective practices, and optional healing prayer, you will have space to rest, reflect, and experience Jesus as The Wonderful Counselor.

What Women Experienced
Reflections from women who joined us for Embody Grace, Live Transformed. (2026)
Annie
"Before the retreat I was skeptical about how the retreat layout would be: would people be speaking on tongues and raining their hands in workshop?! It wasn't like that at all. After the retreat I left feeling equipped with tools for my journey not only spiritually but for life in general."
"All of the women who spoke and gave their witness stories. They were so powerful and so brave. I was honored to be able to hear their stories."
"I appreciated that there was independence throughout the retreat. No pressure to do any one workshop."
Kelly
"Before the retreat, I was struggling with my faith. Mad at everything and everyone due to a cancer diagnosis last year. I needed something to help me re-engage with Christ. I wanted more from my faith. I needed to understand."
"During the retreat I recieved from God, that God does love me and wants me to know that."
"From start to finish the retreat was meaningful. But each facilitator added meaning. Shelly was all energy and light. Michele was painfully honest and loving. Erin was vulnerable and soft hearted. Latisha was focused, engaging and a true inspiration."
"It was the perfect retreat to regroup and reconnect with yourself as well as with Christ."
Daphane
"The most meaningful part was that it’s based on Jesus, and keeps His teachings firmly present."
Joan
"The most beneficial parts are having time set apart to pray, to reflect on God’s love and His desire for our healing, to grow in trust in Him, and to be with our sisters in Christ."
Danushka
"The permission to participate in as much as we could, with empathy and understanding that we may need to be in solitary mode was MUCH appreciated!"
Daisy
"During the retreat, I recieved from God a Sense of Joy: laughing and smiling with new friends. Heard the sounds of nature and words from speakers that help accept the whole experience as loving, new dances and stretches with lovely music to accompany freeing myself from my own judgement."
"I was touched by the stories I heard from speakers about their lives and how they found their way back to God. We’ve all had some form of trauma, so to connect in a very open and loving environment and speaking about our most vulnerable selves really provided relief and connection."
Cheryl
"I was touched deeply by the connection with like minded women!"
Lola
"It was a wonderful experience seeing such a fine, God loving, group of women, coming together to guide those of us, struggling in our journey of pain, uncertinty, doubts..."
Elizabeth
"From the time I signed up until saying goodbye, this will be one of my unforgettable experiences."
