Feeling Scattered? You Are Not Alone.
Â
Many Catholic Christian women carry heavy hearts while striving to live faithfully. You may notice:
- Being pulled in multiple directions, unable to fully rest or focus
- Mental and emotional exhaustion from daily responsibilities
- A deep longing to integrate your faith, emotions, and body in a meaningful way
- Hesitation to step into prayer or healing spaces without safety and guidance
You are not failing. You are not alone.
This retreat was created to gently restore integration — mind, body, and soul — in Christ. Over a weekend of guided formation, reflective practices, and optional healing prayer, you will have space to rest, reflect, and experience Jesus as The Wonderful Counselor.

Jennifer
"My life is transforming because of The Wonderful Counselor approach, especially how we invite the Lord to enter in and do the healing work."
Lori
"Working with The Wonderful Counselor approach has brought me a lot of freedom in specific areas. I'd select an area that is painful for me or where I feel blocked; usually a couple days after working on it, I'd run across something in life and respond differently. I no longer worry that I have got broken places in me that I could get lost in if I addressed them."
