About Latisha Sternod

Latisha Sternod is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Clinical Director, trauma consultant, and professional member of the Catholic Psychotherapy Association. She is also a former adjunct professor in the Department of Psychology at Washington State University.

She has spoken in a variety of professional and ministry settings, including Catholic schools, parishes, and Archdiocesan events, offering insight into emotional resilience, trauma recovery, and Christ-centered healing.

Her work integrates psychological principles with Catholic Christian spiritual truth to support emotional and spiritual integration.

Latisha brings both clinical expertise and lived experience of healing from childhood trauma, offering a grounded and compassionate approach to restoration, resilience, and growth in Christ.
