Latisha Sternod, MS, LMHC
Latisha is a licensed trauma therapist, Catholic Christian integrative coach, and the founder of The Wonderful Counselor—a healing and transformation movement helping women rise in wholeness through Christ.
She blends clinical expertise with Scripture, somatic tools, and spiritual wisdom to help women heal anxiety, trauma, and spiritual burnout in the arms of Jesus.
Her work has helped hundreds of women find healing through one-on-one sessions, group programs, and parish seminars—and she’s on a mission to bring this Christ-centered approach to women and communities across the nation. She continues to reach women across the US and internationally through her programs, podcast (Faithfully Healed), and in-person retreats. She lives in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two sons, and finds joy in Eucharistic adoration, aerial acrobatics, and spiritual readings.
