Feeling Scattered? You Are Not Alone.
Many Catholic Christian women carry heavy hearts while striving to live faithfully. You may feel:
-
Pulled in multiple directions, unable to fully rest or focus (scattered)
-
Mentally and emotionally drained by daily responsibilities (emotional exhaustion)
-
A longing to integrate your faith, emotions, and body in a meaningful way (desire for integration)
-
Hesitant to step into deep prayer or healing spaces without safety and guidance (wanting safety)
You are not failing, and you are not alone.
This retreat was created to gently restore integration — mind, body, and soul — in Christ. Here, you can rest, reflect, and experience His guidance as your Wonderful Counselor.

Jennifer
"My life is transforming because of The Wonderful Counselor approach, especially how we invite the Lord to enter in and do the healing work."
Lori
"Working with The Wonderful Counselor approach has brought me a lot of freedom in specific areas. I'd select an area that is painful for me or where I feel blocked; usually a couple days after working on it, I'd run across something in life and respond differently. I no longer worry that I have got broken places in me that I could get lost in if I addressed them."
